Liz Morrison has worked privately with riders and teams in almost every equestrian discipline, at every competitive level. This work is understandably highly personal and confidential, and her reputation has grown through recommendation.
For change to work, you need to increase your self awareness and plan your goals to be in line with your values and the rest of your life. Riders are increasingly realising that riding is as much about mental and emotional awareness as it is about physical ability and techniques. Our approach is highly skilled and we promise that we can build your confidence and improve your performance no matter what level you are riding at.
Liz is now available to coach some private clients in the Hampshire / Wiltshire area. These sessions are based at Kingsettle Stud, which is just off the A303 between Andover and Salisbury. The initial session is a minimum of 2 hours, and it can be helpful for clients to have access to her books to undertake follow up exercises.
One to one work focuses on your individual situation and some reflection on the situation beforehand helps to focus on the real issues. in the session , Liz draws on a range of modern sports psychology coaching approaches including NLP, action learning, clean language and reflective practice, sensitively and expertly applied to your situation. The sessions are usually un-mounted, however it is now possible to include ridden sessions as part of a on-going coaching programme. For those out of the area, both horse and rider can be accommodated at Kingsettle Stud. This also makes a good base for clients competing in the area.
